Use API keys to authenticate requests to Intuned APIs. Manage your API keys from the API keys page in the Intuned dashboard. Check our API documentation for details on using API keys.

Default API key

When you create an Intuned account, Intuned automatically generates a default API key. You cannot delete the default API key, but you can rotate it to generate a new key value. The previous key value stops working immediately after rotation.

Additional API keys

Create additional API keys for different environments, applications, or team members. You can:
  • Create new API keys with custom names. You can only view the key value once. If you lose it, you need to create a new key.
  • Rename existing API keys
  • Revoke keys that are no longer needed. The key stops working immediately. Any requests using this key will fail.
